completely professional way - a very easy, relaxed
way of living in one of the nicest, greenest suburbs
of Leeds…
I should know - I only moved in as a short term let
when moving businesses and 5 years later I'm very happy
here
and still have no desire to move.

Having
been in Leeds for a few months, I was looking for a new
place to
stay and came across RoundhayLets on Easyroommate.
Looking
for a place to live in a city that you’re not used
to is never easy. RoundhayLets however seemed to make
it a lot easier than many other agents.
They only have nice houses in good areas which means you
don’t need to spend hours finding out about an area;
All bills (excl. phone) are included in the rent which
means I don’t have any surprise bills to pay;
I was shown around the available rooms in one go which
made it very easy to compare properties and for me to make
up my mind.
The tenancy itself is very informal and I wasn’t
asked to commit to a minimum period. I just have to give
one month’s notice;
I didn’t need to raise a full deposit of a month’s
rent. All I had to pay was a £100 key deposit which
is returnable |

Relocating
to Leeds with work was a daunting prospect, especially
when it came
to finding the right place and people to live with.
I met up with Sarah from RoundhayLets who took me very
informally around several properties until I found the
right one for me.
The process really couldn’t have been simpler. With
Sarah in charge everything was sorted without me having
to worry, only parting with a £100 key deposit instead
of a month’s rent bond was also a total bonus!
The property is great and Sarah has managed to make sure
I am living with people who are fun to be around and make
me feel at home. I would recommend RoundhayLets to any
professional who wants the comfort of living in a well
kept property and the peace of mind that when anything
goes wrong help is only a phone call away.
