Staithes is located to the north of Whitby, on the Yorkshire Coast.
A quaint fishing village with red roofed houses nestling on a steep ravine, Staithes has associations with Captain Cook (who was educated here) and makes an excellent base for visiting other attractions on the Yorkshire Coast.
