Conditions of Let

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE 

Period of Let

Will commence at 3.00 p.m. on the 1st day and end at 10.00 a.m. on the last day of let – please arrange to get the keys from info@staithes-cottage.com

Departure

The property should be left in a clean state and the owners reserve the right to make an extra charge for cleaning should the property not be left in a clean and reasonable condition. 

Please remove all rubbish from the bin and empty the fridge..

If you get the chance to strip the beds and put linen in front of the washing machine we would be most grateful. 

Pets 

One well behaved dog may stay at the property which will cost a further £20 per stay. 

No dogs on the sofa please.  

Dogs must not be left on the premises unattended.

No dogs upstairs

Note 

The description of the property is generally accurate, but the owner will not be liable for any inaccuracy that may exist and the tenant agrees that the Misrepresentation Act 1967 is excluded from this agreement. This letting is made on the basis that the property is to be occupied for a holiday as mentioned in the Housing Act 1988 Schedule 1 Paragraph 9, and the tenant acknowledges that no assured tenancy is granted and that no statutory periodic tenancy arises on the determination of the term of this letting.
