After you contact us we will arrange for you to view houses normally within 48 hours. If you like what we have to offer we arrange for you to meet all of the residents of the house as soon as possible. If everyone’s happy, that’s it. When you confirm your interest we ask you to pay us your deposit of £100, then let us have your first month’s rent on the day you move in. Nothing else!
